These terms govern your use of kollaris.com and any purchase you make from it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.
1. Who we are

2. Health disclaimer — read this one
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Collagen Core is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing on it replaces a conversation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Talk to your doctor before taking Collagen Core if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking prescription medication, or managing any medical condition. Stop taking it and seek advice if you have a reaction.
Allergens. Collagen Core contains hydrolysed collagen peptides sourced from bovine hide. Read the full Supplement Facts panel on the product page before ordering.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to order from us.
4. Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and taxes unless stated. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, ordering patterns that suggest resale, or repeat guarantee claims — and we'll refund you in full if we do.
We work hard to describe our products accurately, but we don't warrant that every description, image or nutrition figure on the site is free of error. The Supplement Facts panel printed on the product you receive is the authoritative version.
5. Subscriptions
Plans renew automatically and are charged to your payment method until you cancel. The full terms — what renews, when, at what price, and how to cancel — are in our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these terms. By starting a plan you authorise those recurring charges.
6. Refunds
Our Refund Policy, including the 90-day results guarantee, forms part of these terms.
7. Your account
You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login details to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, to scrape or copy it at scale, to interfere with how it runs, to impersonate anyone, or to resell our products without our written agreement.
9. Our content
The Kollaris name, logo, site design, photography, and written content are ours or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
If you send us a review, photo or comment, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in our marketing, with attribution to your first name where we have it. You keep ownership. Tell us and we'll stop using it.
10. Third parties
The store runs on Shopify, and payment, shipping and email are handled by third-party providers under their own terms. Links to other sites aren't endorsements and we're not responsible for what happens on them.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim relates to, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them somewhere else.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you order, and we'll update the date at the top when we change anything.
