Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

Collagen Core is made and shipped from the United States.

Processing

Orders are picked and packed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday start processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates

These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Weather, customs and peak periods all move them.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link when the parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating. If yours hasn't moved in 5 business days, email us.

International orders

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by your country and are not included in what you pay us. They're your responsibility, and they're usually collected by the carrier before delivery. We ship on Delivery Duties Unpaid terms, so we can't predict these charges or refund them.

Some countries restrict the import of supplements. Please check your own rules before ordering — a parcel destroyed or returned by customs isn't something we can refund.

Wrong address

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it's wrong, email us immediately — before dispatch we can usually fix it. After dispatch we can't reroute the parcel, and a package returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped once you cover the postage again.

Lost or stolen parcels

If tracking says delivered and the parcel isn't there, check with your neighbours and your building first, then email us within 7 days. We'll open a carrier investigation. For parcels that never showed a delivery scan, we'll replace or refund.

Split shipments

Multi-tub orders normally ship together in one box. Subscription orders ship on their own schedule and are not combined with one-time orders.
