What a subscription is
Choosing a delivery plan at checkout sets up a repeating order. You are charged and shipped automatically at the frequency you selected — every month, every 3 months, or every 6 months.
How to cancel
From your account, or by emailing supportkollaris@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect immediately for all future deliveries.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date so the order is not already in processing. Your renewal date is in your account, and we email you before every renewal with the date and the amount — a charge is never a surprise.
If an order has already been charged
Email us. If it has not yet shipped we cancel and refund it in full. If it has already shipped, the 90-Day Results Guarantee applies.
Skipping, changing, and price
You can skip a delivery, change the frequency, or change the quantity from your account at any time. Your subscription price is the price at the time you subscribed; if it ever changes we tell you by email before it applies to you.
