How the subscription works
When you choose a plan instead of a one-time purchase, you're agreeing to a recurring order that renews automatically until you cancel it. Here is exactly what that means.
What you're charged, and when

US shipping is free and already included in those prices. There is nothing added at checkout for delivery within the United States. International orders are quoted at checkout, and import duties are separate — see our Shipping Policy.
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax shown at checkout. The first charge is taken when you place the order. Each renewal is charged on the same date in the following cycle, to the payment method on file.
The cadence matches the supply. At one scoop a day a tub lasts 28 days, so a one-tub plan arrives about as often as you finish one.
Free gifts
Gifts are sent with your first order only, and they're yours to keep even if you cancel.

The three digital gifts — the 90-day plan, the recipe book and the habit tracker — arrive by email with every order, whether you subscribe or not. Jars of Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies are added to subscription orders of three tubs or more, and ship in the same box.
Reminders
We email you before every renewal so a charge never arrives as a surprise, with a link to skip, delay, change or cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, and there is no fee for cancelling.
Two ways:
- Use the manage-subscription link in any of your order or renewal-reminder emails.
- Email supportkollaris@gmail.com from the address on your order and ask us to cancel. We'll confirm in writing within 1–2 business days.
Cancel before the renewal date and you won't be charged again. Because we pack quickly, a cancellation that arrives after an order has already been charged may not stop that shipment — if so, it's covered by our Refund Policy.
Skipping, delaying and switching
You can skip a delivery, push the next date back, or move between the 1, 3 and 6 tub plans at any time. Changes apply from your next renewal.
Price changes
If we change the price of a plan, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry it and email you. If it's still unpaid after 3 attempts we'll pause the subscription rather than keep trying.
