We do not sell your personal information, and we do not collect sensitive health information. Please don't send us medical details — we can't give medical advice and we'd rather not hold it.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the store (cart, checkout, login, fraud prevention), plus analytics and advertising cookies where you allow them. You can refuse non-essential cookies through the banner, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser — though the checkout won't work properly without the necessary ones.
Who we share it with
Only with providers who need it to do a job for us, under contract, and never for them to sell:
- Shopify — hosts the store and processes orders.
- Payment processors — take payment and screen for fraud.
- Fulfilment and carriers — pick, pack and deliver your order.
- Email and subscription tools — send order, renewal and marketing email.
- Analytics and advertising platforms — measure the site and our ads, where you've allowed those cookies.
We'll also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
Marketing email
We email you about your order and your subscription because we need to. We only send marketing email if you opted in, and every one of those has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires — generally seven years. Account and marketing data is kept until you ask us to delete it or your account goes inactive.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can email us to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to opt out of marketing. We'll verify who you are before we act, and we won't treat you differently for asking.
If you're in California (CCPA/CPRA), you also have the right to know what we collect and share, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information.
If you're in the UK or EEA (UK GDPR / GDPR), our legal bases are performance of a contract (to fulfil your order), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the store), consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies) and legal obligation (to keep tax records). You may also object to processing, ask us to restrict it, ask for your data in a portable format, and complain to your local supervisory authority. Data is transferred to and stored in the United States under appropriate safeguards.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS and payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security — but we'll tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
Children
The site isn't for anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
We'll update this page and the date at the top when this policy changes.
