What exactly is in it?
Eight ingredients. Hydrolysed collagen peptides from single-source grass-fed bovine hide, cocoa powder, acacia powder, natural flavour, sodium chloride, xanthan gum, stevia extract (Reb A) and silica. The full Supplement Facts panel is in the product gallery.
How much collagen do I actually get?
10 g per scoop. The labelled serving is two scoops (20 g of collagen peptides, 18 g protein), but we build the page around one scoop a day because that's the habit that sticks — and it makes a tub last 28 days.
What type of collagen is it?
Types 1 and 3 — the two your skin, hair, nails and bones are built from. Hydrolysed means the peptides are broken down small enough to absorb.
Is it really grass-fed?
Yes. Single-source bovine hide, grass-fed.
Does it have sugar in it?
It's sweetened with stevia leaf extract (Reb A), not sugar. The panel shows 3 g of total carbohydrate per serving, 2 g of which is fibre from the acacia.
What does it taste like?
Chocolate, from real cocoa powder. A pinch of salt, because cocoa without it tastes flat.
Will it clump?
It dissolves in cold water. The acacia and xanthan are there to give it body and stop it separating in the glass.

When should I take it?
Whenever you'll actually remember. Time of day doesn't change how it's absorbed — consistency does.
How long until I see anything?
The research on collagen and skin generally starts showing something around the twelve-week mark. That's why the guarantee runs 90 days and why the three-tub supply exists. Anyone promising you a week is selling you something else.
How long does one tub last?
28 days at one scoop a day. 14 days at the labelled two-scoop serving.
Can I take it with the gummies?
Yes — they do different jobs. Collagen Core supplies the protein; the Hair, Skin & Nails gummies supply biotin, zinc and vitamin C, which are what your body uses to put that protein to work.
Who shouldn't take it?
If you're pregnant, nursing, under 18, on prescription medication or managing a health condition, speak to your doctor first. It contains bovine collagen.

How does the subscription work?
It renews automatically at the cadence you pick, you're emailed before every renewal, and you can skip, delay or cancel at any time with no fee. Full terms: Subscription Policy.
How does the 90-day guarantee work?
Take it daily for 90 days on a 3 or 6 tub supply. If you don't see a visible improvement, we refund the product in full. It has conditions and one of them starts on day one, so read the Refund Policy before you order.
Can I return it if I just changed my mind?
Unopened tubs, within 30 days. Opened ones aren't returnable — supplements are consumable and we can't resell them.
